For the Holland Personality Test, I got SAI, Social, Artistic, and Investigative
I think it's pretty accurate. I found it surprising that realistic was least compatible since I'm really logical when it comes to everything. The artistic aspect is spot on since I've always been into art. I wouldn't mind a career where I get to showcase that. The social aspect is something that I was looking into for a career choice anyways since I want to go into the medical field.
For the VARK learning style test I got:
Visual: 12 Aural: 9 Read/Write: 14 Kinesthetic: 12
I think it's pretty accurate. I've always been a visual learner and I prefer being hands on anything that I haven't learned before. I do enjoy reading and I almost always read the instructions for new things.
For the 'Take a Career Quiz':
Social: 70% Methodical: 65% Directive: 80% Objective: 30% Innovative: 78%
It's pretty accurate for me. I love experimenting with new things. I know when it's appropriate to take leadership when something isn't working out. The Careers that were shown weren't ones that I considered. I'm more into biology, where I could learn new things about humans and everything surrounding us. I think being an event planner would be something that could suit me but it's not something that I would want to do everyday as a way to make a living.
For the Holland Code Test:
Realistic: 6 *lowest Investigative: 13 Artistic: 15 *highest Social: 11 Enterprising: 7 Conventional: 10
Your Holland Codes are as follows: AIS Artistic, Investigative, Social
For the artistic aspect, it suggests that an author or editor would be ideal. I think I would be interested in that. I would love to write a book but maybe when I retire. For the investigative aspect, it suggest a lot of the careers that I'm interested in. It has careers that are in the medical field which I've wanted to pursue for a long time. I would be interested in becoming a nurse or psychologist (in the list provided). For the social aspect, it suggests other careers that I would be interested in. Psychologist shows up again as well as a registered nurse and sociologist. I would consider those two since I am interested in that. With these results, I think I do want to consider psychology as a course that I take in college/university. It does make it clear that I want to go into the medical field.
It seems like a few new career options have shown up for you. Hopefully over the course of this year you can research more information about them. I think it's important to have several ideas and options for careers as you move forward this year. Taking AP psychology with Mrs.Blackwell is also another option to see you would want to contnue with it in university.
